Caroline holds a BTEC Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma and an AHG Level 5 Diploma in Sports Therapy. In 2012, Caroline worked at the London Olympics as part of the Jonathan Betser Legacy.
In 2011, Caroline established her sports massage business, Cirencester Sports Massage, in the Cotswolds. The business went on to win the Sports Massage Association New Business of the Year Award in 2015 and was also runner-up in the Fairford & Lechlade New Business Award.
The company today has over 500 clients, including an elite team of athletes.
Miss Kate Maltby (formerly Hulls) has represented Team England on numerous occasions and this year won the 3,000 metres at the Scottish Championships, in the same race that Laura Muir broke the Scottish record over 5,000 metres.
In addition, Caroline has offered Sports Massage, Sports Injury Advice and Rehabilitation for many of her clients, aged from 12 years to 70 years and has helped patients get back on their feet, following major surgery.
Caroline will be moving to Saint Antonin du Val with her husband in March in search of better weather (it always rains in the UK) and a more active yet relaxed lifestyle!
Although Sports Massage is perceived as being for athletes only, this is definitely not the case. It can help ease away those aches and pains caused as a result of endless hours in front of a computer. Often office workers suffer from upper back, neck & shoulder issues. A deep tissue treatment on a regular basis can prove very useful.
With more than 7 years experience in the business, Caroline is happy to discuss any injury issues you may have and to offer you a suitable treatment plan.
